Terms and Conditions
Paripesa operates under Optim Development B.V. and holds a legal license from Curacao (License No. 1668/JAZ). Payments and billing services are handled by Vezzali Limited (HE 410688). Paripesa Zambia operates under clear terms and conditions. These rules guide players when using the site. All users must accept these terms before accessing services.

Account Registration
Players must create an account to use the portal. One account is allowed per user. The Paripesa betting site asks you to register by providing information such as your name, age, and address. Everything needs to be factually correct. Users need to verify they are 18+ years old. The company ensures that nobody under the age of 18 uses the services. The brand could close the account if the user gave the wrong details. Identity verification may be required from any player at the site’s discretion.
These people are not permitted to register for an account:
- Anyone under the age of 18;
- People associated with sports events like players referees or coaches;
- Representatives from the other betting companies;
- Individuals are prohibited by law from betting or dealing with bookmakers.
Account Verification
For security purposes, the bookmaker may ask the user to verify his/her account. Users need to provide:
- Identification, such as ID or passport;
- Address proof, like in the form of an electric bill or a bank statement.
Sometimes they may even need video verification. It usually has a time frame of five working days. Any account inactive for three months will then be temporarily blocked. A user can only reactivate an account by reaching out to the security team at [email protected].
Betting Rules
The betting site ensures fairness and transparency for all users. Some key rules include:
- Paripesa reserves the right to refuse bets from users who do not follow rules or act improperly. They do not need to explain why a bet is declined;
- Bets are settled using data from official sources. Winnings must be claimed within 60 days of the event date on the bet slip;
- Disputes about winnings must be reported within 10 days. Users need to provide details such as their profile number and the bet slip information;
- Cyber-live game disputes must be raised within 72 hours after the event ends;
- A bet is valid only if all predictions on the slip are correct;
- Bets placed on events where the result is already known will be settled with odds of 1.0.
Dispute Resolution
If users have disputes, the brand advises them to follow a pre-arbitration process. Complaints should be submitted in writing within 10 days of noticing a problem. Users need to include documented proof. Complaints without enough evidence will be ignored.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Technical errors like incomplete event streams;
- Errors in eSports matches where the event did not occur;
- Bets placed on invalid odds or cases of unsportsmanlike behavior.
Refunds will be calculated at odds of 1.0. If users are not satisfied with the resolution, the matter may be taken to court in the jurisdiction where Paripesa is registered.

The bookmaker reserves the right to update the terms at any time. The company will inform users of any changes. Players must review the terms regularly. Continuing to use the site means accepting the updated terms.
